Helping Your Clients Enjoy Burpees

When a member tells you they do not show up to a workout because of a specific movement, what do you do to help them? Usually when a person has a hate for something it means they do not feel successful or in control. This is probably one of the best opportunities to help anyone succeed and make raving fans out of their members. Warm Up Series: The Squat Band

Coaching Rope Climbs: J Hook vs Heel Hook

When a client wants to learn how to climb a rope, the type of wrap you start them on can become their wrap of choice to master for their entire fitness journey. For this reason we eliminate the wrap type of clamps and start our clients on either the J hook or the heel hook style clamp.
